Enjoy this Pilates mat work session, designed specifically with the horse rider in mind.

This is a block of 5 classes. We’ll focus on exercises to improve your balance, flexibility, stability and control and explore how these can help you in and out the saddle.

Due to Covid 19, it is preferable if you can bring your own mat and small towel. However, mats can be provided if necessary and will be sanitised between participants.

Come along to your first session as a FREE TASTER at a location of your choice.
